There really is not much Mike can't take care of.   With Maggie having a Property Management Company - there is never a lack of general maintenance for Mike to do.  Always something - replacing hot water heaters, putting in new tubs and surrounds, replacing dishwashers, fixing leaky roofs, painting, fixing doors - you name he comes to my rescue.

If is often very difficult and very costly to have a repair person come up from Colorado Springs or Canon City - so save yourself some money and call your local go to guy!
